We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Nurturing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on lead nurturing and outbound calling within the solar energy industry. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers by making outbound calls, gathering information, and fostering interest in our solar products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided leads database.
- Conduct quick surveys or gather relevant information to qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments for consultations or site assessments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with leads to nurture their interest in solar solutions.
- Document interactions and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoffs.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, lead nurturing, or outbound calling (preferred but not required).
- Strong fluency in English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of the solar industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
